Welcome to Crystallize Yoga LLC (“Crystallize Yoga,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.crystallizeyoga.com] (the “Site”), as well as all related online courses, 1:1 sessions, private care offerings, workshops, boutique sales, digital diagnostic tools (including the SQ Spectrum Assessment), and in-person or virtual practices (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Site, purchasing products or services, or participating in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. General Disclaimer & Health Waiver
A. Educational & Self-Care Purpose
All content, yoga instruction, meditation guidance, energy work, intuitive arts, and SQ assessment results provided by Crystallize Yoga are for educational, informational, and personal self-development purposes only.
B. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment. Crystallize Yoga does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical injury, medical condition, or mental health concern.
C. Physical Activity Risk & Voluntary Participation
Participating in physical movement, yoga, breathwork, and energy practices carries inherent physical risks. By enrolling in or attending any session (virtual or in person), you represent that you are in good health and physically capable of participating. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of your participation.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age Requirement: Users accessing our Site and registering for Services must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or accessing with explicit parental/guardian consent if a minor.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, username, and password, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Payments & Billing
Prices for services, courses, and boutique items are listed on our Site in USD. Full payment is required at the time of booking or checkout unless a formal installment plan is explicitly provided. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square). You agree to maintain valid payment method details for active subscriptions or recurring plans.
B. Immersive Courses & Core Offerings
1. Yoga Group Classes & Meditation Sessions
Cancellation 2+ Hours Prior: Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellation Within 2 Hours: Cancellations made between 2 hours and the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows (After Start Time): Cancellations made after the start time, or missed sessions without notice, are non-refundable.
2. Crystallize Yogi Path (Semi-Private Cohorts)
3 Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of the program will receive a full refund (100%).
2 Days Prior: Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) prior will receive a 75% refund.
1 Day Prior: Cancellations made 1 day (24 hours) prior will receive a 50% refund.
Upon / After Start of Program: Once the program or first cohort session has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
3. 1:1 Private Yoga Classes
Cancellation 3+ Hours Prior: Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to start time will receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellation Between 2 to 3 Hours Prior: Cancellations made between 2 hours and 3 hours prior to start time will receive a 50% refund.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations (Within 2 Hours): Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice are non-refundable.
4. Inner Healing (Complimentary Offerings)
Because Inner Healing complimentary offerings carry no financial transaction fee, financial refunds do not apply. Instead, participants are granted up to three (3) absent opportunities (excused absences or cancellations). Exceeding three absences may result in the forfeiture of your complimentary seat or cohort registration.
C. Bespoke 1:1 Care & Healing Services
(Including Reiki, Astrology Readings, and Tarot Card Readings)
Standard 24-Hour Notice: All bespoke care and reading services are subject to a 24-hour cancellation notice for a full refund or standard rescheduling.
Late Cancellation (Within 6 Hours): Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 50% refund.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
D. Workshops, Special Events & Single-Session Drop-Ins
Registrations for standalone workshops or special events are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual with advance written notice to Crystallize Yoga.
E. Boutique Physical Products
Unused boutique items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership of Content
All content available on the Site and within our Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, course curriculum materials, audio recordings, video instruction, diagnostic quiz frameworks, and overall brand copy—is the exclusive property of Crystallize Yoga LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
B. Limited License
When you purchase a course, program, or digital product, Crystallize Yoga grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to view and engage with the material for your private, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written consent.
5. User Conduct & Code of Sanctuary
To protect the serene and intentional atmosphere of Crystallize Yoga (both in digital spaces and physical locations), all participants are expected to maintain respect, integrity, and confidentiality toward guides and fellow practitioners.
You are prohibited from attempting to compromise the security of the Site, engaging in automated data scraping, or introducing malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate access or remove any individual from a program or session without refund if their behavior violates our community standards.
6. Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) Diagnostic & Quizzes
Results, scores, and archetype descriptions provided through our Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) Spectrum Diagnostic or other online assessments are designed for personal reflection and self-inquiry only. They do not constitute psychological evaluation, clinical profiling, or formal certification.
7. Communications & Electronic Notices
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us via email regarding your account, bookings, transactional updates, and occasional sanctuary reflections or marketing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
8. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CRYSTALLIZE YOGA LLC, ITS FOUNDER, GUIDES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS—ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SITE OR SERVICES.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Crystallize Yoga LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crystallize Yoga LLC and its founder, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your breach of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the updated "Effective Date" reflected above. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any updates signifies your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
